Lending through a network of specialist brokers
All our commercial mortgages are arranged by our broker partners. We put our trust in our professional partnerships with brokers who take pride in the service they provide to you – our client.
Our broker partners work closely with our lending managers who use their expertise and experience to personally assess your loan. We are not bound by a credit score or to ‘cross-selling’ other products and we aim to be transparent throughout the process to give you the best chance of obtaining a mortgage.
Our loans can be used to refinance existing borrowings, to raise capital for further investment, or to buy new commercial or residential investment property.
