Exhibition And Graphics group expand with Management Buyout financing from Shawbrook
Full Circle and Psycho Peacock have completed a management buy-out with support from parent company Panoramic, and leveraged finance from Shawbrook.

Full Circle Events & Exhibitions Limited (‘Full Circle’) and Psycho Peacock Limited (‘Psycho Peacock’) have completed a management buyout with support from parent company, Panoramic Growth Equity (‘Panoramic’), and a flexible funding solution from Shawbrook.
Founded by Steve Barratt and Helenya Jones in 2013, Full Circle is an end-to-end event exhibition services business with in-house graphics provided through sister company Psycho Peacock (together ‘the Group’).
Panoramic Growth Equity is a leading equity investor in fast growing, entrepreneurial UK companies. This transaction is the fifth investment from Panoramic’s SME Fund 3 which launched in 2023.
The Group established a significant position in the UK events industry over the past five years and, whilst the industry came to a standstill through the pandemic, tactical investment through that period led to a strong recovery. Now serving some of the largest event organisers and venues across UK and Europe, the Group was looking to complete a transfer of management as part of its succession planning.
The buyout has enabled twelve experienced employees, including CEO, Steve Comar and CFO, Sarah Green to invest in the transaction and take over the management of the business.

The investment will be the fifth investment from Panoramic’s SME Fund 3 which launched in 2023.
