Hope Capital Expands Funding Line with Shawbrook Bank

• Hope Capital has significantly expanded its lending capability and looks to diversify its product offering
• Shawbrook provided a multi-million-pound increased facility

Hope Capital has secured an additional multi-million-pound funding facility from Shawbrook Bank, significantly enhancing its lending capabilities. This marks the second facility increase within 12 months since partnering with Shawbrook Bank, enabling Hope Capital to diversify its loan offerings and better support brokers and borrowers with a flexible and bespoke product range.

Hope Capital provides a range of bridging finance solutions across residential, semi-commercial and commercial property types.

Shawbrook provided a multi-million-pound increase to Hope Capital’s Wholesale Revolving Credit Facility.
