Fund Finance highlights
This facility provides a dynamic funding source, which can ease administration throughout the life of the fund. It can also finance portfolio growth for more mature funds. Delivered by our specialist Fund Finance team, it aims to enhance the fund’s Internal Rate of Return (IRR).
Security may be required. Any property or asset used as security may be at risk if you do not repay any debt secured on it. Our fund finance products are not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority or the Prudential Regulation Authority.
