For existing customers
We have several options for our existing mortgage customers looking to stay with us for the next chapter of their property journey:
- Switch & Fix – when your customers wish to switch from an expiring fixed rate to a new fixed rate, within their contractual term with us.
- Product Switch – for end of term extensions.
- Refinance – when customers want to make changes to the deal or raise capital.
